Great Service - Poor brand

The service I keep getting at The Glen shop is amazing, the staff is on point and very friendly. They always go above and beyond. The worry is the products though.. Blackview tablets.. in less than 6 months the battery overheats, it has spent majority of the time in repairs than with me.. I have taken it back for the second time and it still gives the same problem. It's an inconvenience especially if the device is bought for work as a small biz. Disappointed in the product to say the least.
