Great service in Knysna, thanks to Siza and Mandy!!

Had a great experience at the Knysna branch. Besides being a well stocked store the service was brilliant. I was returning a product bought at a different store, and purchased a tablet at the same time. It was a fairly complicated transaction for various reasons, but it was handled extremely efficiently and pleasantly by Siza and Mandy, who clearly know their stuff. In addition the new tablet needed a SIM card, which was supp**** and activated for me before I left the store. The whole process took no more than five minutes. Very impressive!
