When buying color and black and white cartridges for my Canon printer the cashier suggested I go with the combo pack, they were sold out and she tried other branches for me. Why because it may be cheaper for me. She then told me that she would gladly take the old cartridges off of me for a discount of R5 per cartridge. Now that as far as I am concerned is going above and beyond the call of duty and taking your customer's best interests to heart.
