Great Service by store Manager and Staff

My daughter wants a new laptop for her birthday on 7 May. We went to Incredible Connection on 29 April and received great service and advice from one of the staff there and decided on an HP x360 at R6999. On Thursday 30th April in the Alberton Record in the advertising section the same laptop in the Incredible Connection brochure was on special for R5999 with free mouse (R1000 cheaper) valid from 30 April to 3 May. Decided to go back to the branch to see if we could get the special as I was told I could return the laptop in 10 days if I was not happy. The Manager Dirk Putter without even a question said no problem and reversed the sale and reversed back the R1000. I have been to many Incredible Connection branches, but the service level at the Alberton City branch is by far the best ever. Well done to this branch and it's management. You have gained a loyal customer to your branch.
