Great service at Incredible Connection Menlyn

My trusty old Epson digital projector started overheating and I decided to upgrade - it has been many years. My first stop was Incredible Connection The Grove and I was told that they do not stock projectors and that I must purchase online. Not quite what I had in mind as I would like to have a careful look at all of the features of a new projector. Then off to New World in Menlyn and although the store is massive, the service is always poor and little expertise. They had one outdated model on hte shelf and the salesperson couldn't give me any useful information. Said they were waiting for stock. I always get the idea that New World is just a giant storeroom for insurance claims. They suggested I try Hifi Corporation in Menlyn - no joy as they do not stock projectors but they suggested Incredible Connection Menlyn. I delightful young man assisted me and they only had two models on display. I asked him a few technical questions which he could not answer but he smartly Googled the features of the models on display and I walked out a few minutes later with exactly the projector that I had in mind a quite cheaper than I anticipated.
