Great service

I normally feel intimidated walking into computer stores because i'm not too clued up with technology and i hardly ever understand what things mean when I talk to the sales people. I'm sure they feel the same about me, having been born before the calculator. Today I had to buy an external hard drive for backups that my grandson said I should get and I popped into Incredible Connection in Bellville. From the security guard, to the sales people to the cashier I was warmly greeted, asked what I needed, introduced to the person that could help me, had everything explained in terms I could understand, helped to make a decision, paid and left feeling great. I'm writing this complement because it took me one visit to Incredible Connection to get me over my fears of computer stores. Thank you for treating an old fuddy duddy like a valued customer. I'll be back again.
