Great Help

I bought a Muvit Selfie Stick with Bluetooth remote from IC in Heidelberg. When we got home to Frankfort, the remote could not connect. I exchanged it a week later but the the problem was the same. After waiting 3 days for Mishaan from Heidelberg to call me back with a solution, we went to Three Rivers Mall. There the staff of IC helped us immediately - even though we did not by the product from them. The staff (Geraldo and his employer) did not hestitate to help and after testing and trying they got the Bluetooth remote to work. I was delighted at their attitude as willingness to help. I did not purchase anything today, but I will drive the extra distance in future to support them.
