Great customer service goes a long way.

I went to get a mini router from Incredible Connection iLanga Mall, on contract. I was informed that the gentleman who does the contract applications is not in today and I have to wait for next day when he returns. My problem was, why have one person who activates these contracts. Bridget explained that her log-in details were problematic but she will take the required documents and call me when all is sorted. As promised she called me in about 2 hours to inform me that she is able to assist me. I personally feel Bridget is an asset to the company, I don't know what she did but it seems like she went out of her way to assist me the very same day and not wait for the next day. I really appreciate it thank you very much.
