Great customer service

I needed to replace my mobile phone and after doing an online search decided that Incredible Connection (Amanzimtoti) had just the phone I was looking for so made my way to the store to discuss the pros & cons of what they had available.

After an in-depth discussion with the sales assistant, who was extremely helpful a purchase was concluded.

Unfortunately, after setting up the phone and downloading all the latest updates I discovered that the phone was not operating with the Android version advertised.

I contacted the store to let them know and to ask if I could return the phone as the Android version was below what I expected. I was advised that I would have to take the phone back for a technical examination for a decision to be made.

This I duly did and after examination the phone was taken back by the store and I was given a full credit.

Well done to Incredible Connection (Amanzimtoti) for the fair and courteous customer service rendered by all the staff that attended to my scenario.
