Great customer service
I needed help with my claims form and the department that deals with them in store was not available.I was very frustrated with the situation as i had only had 14 days to claim.Nathan Boois whos the Sales Supervisor at Blueroute Mall held on the line for almost 30min and made sure everything was sorted.
