Got ****ed by incredible connection

I placed an order on 21 May, set to be delivered in 3-5 working days today is 30 l still no delivery, the call center cannot give an ETA, they say they send escalations but All I receive are emails saying parcel delivered succefully. I called 3 times today they keep saying the will check the problem and call within an hour but its be 3 hours now. I definitely do not recommend this incredible connection to anyone, biggest waste of my time and money.
