Google play voucher card

I bought a R150 Google play voucher. The redeem code came off when I took off the sticker. I bought the voucher at N1 city cape town. So now I waist my money because they can't assist. The shop can't even give me contact details of Google. How can you sell voucher cards but don't know how to contact the company. Get rid of that **** cards then. Money waisted and life is so expensive. Give me another card then with a real voucher code.
