Goods not recieved

I have sent a hard drive in for repairs after making the payment in January. I have still no answer on were it is.<br> They use the data recovery company. I need answers and I need them now. I really do not have money to just give away. I need the hard drive or my money back and every one I contackt just rase there shoulders and say they do not know.
