Good Service: Tristand Donald

<p>Recently I had a terrible experience with my Lenovo laptop's hard drive which crashed under warranty. The authorised agents for Lenovo, Partserve, offered me a bad experience which is better left in the past. Fortunately there are indiviuals who still care and go beyond the call of ordinary duty to assist customers. One such a person is Tristand Donald from Incredible Conncetion, Cape Cape. Tristand guided me through this nightmare with professional advice and continuous feedback. Three weeks later I finally had my laptop back after Tristand delivered it to me in a near perfect condition with minimal data lost. Tristand is a real asset to his Employer.</p>
