<p>My WD elements hard drive wasn't working anymore after approx 21 months then they sent it in and the result was that they couldn't fix it but they exchanged mine but with a Seagate one as they didn't have WD elements stock, the following week I saw a WD elements hard drive on their shelve and then theyou exchangedo it again for me. That is good service thank you</p>
