Good from a truck

The following email was send to there client service department on the 29/08/2016 and no reply as yet, i only received the ref number ********** 613:

From: Nel, Jacques J
Sent: 29 August 2016 02:25 PM
To: ********** ********** /> Subject: 3 televisions

Good day

I firs want to start off by stating that Incredible connection at The Glen’s service is not up to standards, my wife and I had to beg for attention to be attended to.

They stand around like they on holiday, when we were finally help the individual was ok. We continued with the transaction and the manager at the stage asked me to why I chose Incredible connection instead of Hifi corp, I advised him that Hifi’s products is like getting thing that come from a back of a truck (previous bad experience).

I took the 3 TV’s that I bought home and started setting them up, I noted with the one that the sticker was not on and the packaging did not look ok. As I turned the TV over I noticed that there was 3 *****s missing from the back of the TV. So to my disappointment I was sold a TV that was repaired as new (product that fell off from a truck), I took the TV back to the store and advised the manager but his attitude terrible (I do not care), and he advised me that it might have been a display. Display do not have missing *****s, I still believe it was a repair sold as new.

I argued with him that this is not acceptable, and his response was “how should he know if the TV was not new if it is in a box”

I find that very un-ethical for the store to re box old, used or repaired products and sell it as new.

I will not leave it as is and will forward my complain to the media.

And then I was basically forced to perches from Hifi corm, so that I do not disappoint my son.
