Good day Im writing this complain disappointed about the poor service that i received from THE GLEN INCREDIBLE CONNECTION STORE I was assisted by Cebisile I app**** for two iPhone contracts currently running on special for R900 Contract was approved. Cebisile just gave us the phones without even putting them on the paper bag we asked her that can she at least open the phones and put simcard and show us how the phones work she refused and said she is in a hurry she's knocking off I then asked her about the insurance because I wanted to insure the phones she told us that they don't have insurance in the shop which made us to be very surprised that how possible is it for a big shop like INCREDIBLE CONNECTION STORE not having insurance as they are selling expensive electronics appliances. We left the store.... When we got home just after an hour we were gun pointed by four guys that entered our home and demanded the iPhones which we don't know who told them about them.
