Good customer service

I purchased a laptop 3 months ago at incredible connection south gate, it started giving me problems in the third month I then took it back for assessment and I told them I am not comfortable with using a repaired laptop in just three months.

The technician was Nathi and the supervisor was Fezeka, they were both amazing in assisting me to the point where I told them I don't want the laptop anymore. To my surprise Fezeka made few calls and less than 20 minutes she told me I can refund or exchange the laptop. That was a #Win for me as I got my refund.
