Gift voucher not used sitting at zero balance

I bought gift and tried to use it online, before I can pay the transaction canceled, now my voucher is sitting at zero as if it was used.

Their online support team said it will be fixed before end of business and now is over 24 hours.

The item I want to buy is about to to finished and they taking their as I await my voucher.
