I tried to buy a television set on a special offer at Incredible Connection on a Sunday (the last day of the special offer) - but couldn't complete the transaction as the TV license details had to be validated.<br> <br> After calling around a little, I ended up with Princess, who went the extra mile to help me complete the transaction at the discounted rate. <br> <br> As luck would have it we noticed a problem with the set, and Princess furthermore helped me to arrange with one of the stores to swap out the unit.<br> <br>
