Frustrating experience with cresta incredible connections

I went to the Cresta branch three weeks ago to apply for a credit application. My application was supposed to be processed by an employee named Kgaugelo, who took all the required documents. However, when I called a few days later, she informed me that there were missing documents without prior communication. I sent them again. Kgaugelo was incredibly slow and rude on the calls. Another employee also refused to take my calls, and when I called the store, I was given various excuses about Kgaugelo's availability.

Prisca, another employee, also exhibited incompetence. The 2 employees mentioned asked for my ID number, promising to call back in 5 minutes, but three weeks passed without any feedback. Thr manager herself also said thr same things after I called. This experience has been frustrating, and it seems these individuals are unfit for their roles. Many others who appreciate and can perform better would benefit from these positions.
