Frustrating courier and online experience.

I ordered and paid for a laptop online on the 12th of June. I received an SMS an hour later saying that I would receive my package the next day. Then, on the 19th of June, I get a phone call from the courier company saying that they went to the wrong town, so I need to wait a few more days. This is extremely frustrating. All my details were correct and still they mess up, and now I have to wait for a package that was promised to be with me in 2-5 working days. Please fix these issues immediately.
