Frustrating and terrible service.

This entire process has been extremely frustrating and upsetting.My parcel was only delivered at 12 o'clock, even though it was promised to be delivered at 10 o'clock. I had to push my plans in order to accommodate the late delivery. Terrible customer service. When I call the customer care number on ***, the phone just rings and there is never anyone to answer.
