Frustrated client with no answers

I am extremely frustrated with how incredible Connection n1 city has handled my query on a laptop that I purchased from their store in Jan 2024 it is a constant back and forth i have heard no feedback from the branch manager or anyone this far about receiving a new replacement. The laptop I purchased has been giving endless problems dispute us showing them videos on videos this store has absolutely no interest in assisting a client instead we have to call all the time
