Online purchase service is pethetic, slim to no customer service, no one answers the help number, but online chat is useless to no help. Increadle connection refuses to process my refund that was requested on the 12 Dec, its now 8 days later and they have not started my refund process as yet. PLS DO NOT USE THE INCREDIBLE ONLINE SERVICE AS YOUR GOODS WILL TAKE MORE THAN 8 WORKDAYS AND THEY WON'T EVEN PROCESS YOUR REFUND

Still waiting for refund, but I they stated 7 to 10 working days, but I extremely disappointing, zero customer service

Does anyone know who I can approach in Increadble Connection as the online chat is useless as well as call center number? My refund remains pending 16days later. Pls share this post with as many as possible as this item remains unresolved, I wouldn't want anyone to experience such pethetic online shopping experience with regards to cancelations, not to mention no projected refund date (online agents confirmed 7 to 10 days, it's now 16 days) poor customer service, @ Mr Peter Griffiths (JD group CEO) are you able to look into this matter and respond? The call center or online agents have eslatated this matter about 6 times now and are still not able to provide me with a refund date, they just seem to have generic responses even if you ask the same question multiple times. (order ********** 16)........
