***** or lazy staff members?

Still have not received my outstanding items for my online order. It is well over a month. It is only ping pong email between the distributor and incredible staff. If there is anyone on this forum who can assist with a legal approach to this matter please let me know. The outstanding items are stocked on their shelves but I cannot take them from the store as I purchased them from the online store!
