***** Charges

<p>Time to lay a ***** charge against Incredible Connection. A month after cancelling my order # ********** 94, I still have not been issued a refund, and I also do not have the order that I placed.</p> <p> </p> <p>Almost 10 calls to the call centre and head office, each time being promised that the refund will be processed, and that the complaint has been escalated, I have still not had any feedback, nor have I been issued with a refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>If I do not see the refund having been issued by Friday this week, I will refer this issue onto our lawyer, submitting an affidavit to the police, and laying charges of ***** against Incredible Connection.</p>
