FIRTS TIME A SALESPERSON SWORE AT CUSTOMER

Dear Sir/Me<br> <br> I hereby wish to lodge very serious a complaint against one of your George Incredible Connection employees.<br> <br> I have made extensive use of their products and services in the past and have never had any serious problems. But, Saturday past was the most humiliating experiences I experienced in any business ever.<br> <br> I took my macbook in for repairs. I have already transferred the money into their account and confirmed that it reflected on their bank statements. I was told that because I did not bring the quote with me, they could not help me. I was agitated because on my proof of payment was the quote number. <br> Then it happened. Mr. Rushti (I don't know the correct spelling) said they could not help me because they have to order the part. I ask him whether he couldn't just have warned me.
