Finance is a mess

<p>Applying for finance at incredible connection(nicolway) has been a disaster... We filled in the forms and followed the entire process and were told we would be contacted by the Friday . After lack of response and the phone lines being down we visited incredible and found out all systems where down almost 2 weeks later and a phone call every day I still don't know if im approved, I was promised by head office and the sales assistant I still haven't been called after multiple promises </p>
