FEELS LIKE A **** - PARCEL NOT DELIVERED - PARCEL TRACKING GIVES CONFLICTING INFORMATION

My gut feel tells me that this company is either having serious delivery logistical problems or has cashflow issues which they are managing by adopting the strategy of taking people's orders and money in advance whilst deliberately delaying delivery - I looked at all the other complaints and see a disturbing pattern. Basically, I ordered a JVC monitor on the 20.11.2025 and two phone calls later to customer support to complain and make sure they have the correct address (reference number available), today is 28.11.2025 and I still have not received my parcel. The parcel tracking log reads like a nightmare. It is simultaneously and interchangeably showing that:

a) the parcel was delivered successfully and is with the customer (MYSELF) b) the parcel is with the courier but has been returned to the hub because delivery has failed 3 times.

AND THIS DELIVERY DRIVER IS SUPPOSEDLY, ON OCCASION, SETTING OUT FOR DELIVERY AT NIGHT, I KID YOU NOT!!!

Take a look at the tracking log below extracted from both the tracking link they sent via the SMS notification and from my account profile with Incredible Connection and tell me if I am mad.

Cherry on top is that I have even received from the webiste as I type to say that that the order has been delivered successfully and that I must rate their service. I shall give a further update on progress.
