Feel ****** by Incredible Connection

I bought a desk from Incredible Connection on the 16th March. I had to go into the store to do the online purchase and was told it would arrive in a few days. I have been calling ever since and am told that they are not sure what to say….. The desk seems to be missing in transit and I cannot find anyone who can sort this out. So called Managers and assistant managers are not able to assist and can’t give me any answers! I will NEVER buy another thing from Incredible Connection!
