Dear Incredible<br> In June I brought in my tablet which was no longer charging. A job card was opened but since then I have heard nothing from you.<br> I was in store in early July and they took my number and said someone would phone me but they never did.<br> <br> I called last week and was told that it is with the supplier but they would check and phone me back. I am still waiting to hear from them<br> <br> Please can you give me an update on my jobcard
