Feedback on Order

I recently spoke with one of your consultants regarding my order (***). Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I was advised to cancel the order and informed that a refund would take 7 working days, but the consultant's unhelpful attitude and lack of support left me extremely dissatisfied.

Based on this interaction, I have decided not to use your services again, whether online or in-store. I feel that the treatment I received does not reflect good customer service. While I do not expect a response, I hope this feedback will be used constructively to improve your service.
