Feedback lacking

This is my original email to Incredible Connection regarding the incorrect item supp**** to me. I sent two follow up emails and to date no feedback. Very lacking in service.

Good day I was in your branch in The Grove mall earlier today.

I asked for the Apple iMac thunderbolt adaptor for the HDMI output. Your chap was very helpful however he supp**** me with a MINI DISPLAY PORT to HDMI adaptor.

This adaptor will not work on my iMac.

This is an inconvenience, firstly because I do not have a vehicle in which to return the product. Secondly I am physically impaired thereby making it difficult for me to move around freely.

Please assist in getting a THUNDERBOLT to HDMI ADAPTOR to me.
