FAULTY WASHING MACHINE AND NOW HELP.AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I order i 18kg hisense top loaded onlone from incredible connections. It was delivered on the 26th of November 2024 and i connected the machine up the morning of the 27th of November 2024.

Put load of washing in only to discovery the machine is faulty. I logged a call REF *** and was told 24 to 48 hours feedback, Its now Monday and have had no response from anyone. Ive had to call in and find out what is happening and NO one can give me an answer. Brand new broken washing machine that i cant even take into a store to get exchanged. I couldn't even get hold of the warehouse manager.I will never in my life buy anything from incredible connection again.
