I cannot believe that incredible connection is serious about customer service .i have bought various items from yourselves in the past 5 years the first time I have a complaint(current) I was impressed when I got a call from someone at customer service confirming the logging of a call and that management from the canal walk store would contact within 24hrs.Unfortunatley 48 hrs later no call <br> <br> The one reason I buy at incredible connection is because of after sales service it was always comforting to know should something go wrong you are covered(big mistake)<br> It seems that once you have paid they wash their hands in innocence<br> <br> <br> Has the quality and service deteriorated to such an extent ?<br> <br> We are passionate about service and strive to retain and delight our Customers.<br> The Reference number for your call is :723830<br> Priority :High<br> Category 1 :Repair<br>
