Faulty Samsung Q10s
I bought a phone Samsung A10s dual sim from Incredible connection (Sandton Branch). After less than a month I noticed that the picture quality was terrible. Not as stipulated on the specs. I spent R3000 on the phone and took out their insurance. I took it in and now I'm being told that the phone has been repaired. I want my refund. I didn't go in to buy a broken phone. I'm so disappointed. To spend so much on a phone that already needs to be repaired. I want my money back.

10 Sept 2020, 11:38Incredible connection has still no contacted me regarding this matter. I called into the store and Kelvin told me that his manager will contact me. That did not happen.
