FAULTY RIZZEN 200W DELIVERED. ASSIST WITH REFUND!!

I ordered a Rizzen 200W Portable Power Station which arrived in a dirty box as if it had been kept away for a long time under piles of dust. That was fine. I begin to use my power supply which is faulty.

On full charge it lasts for just over an hour and 5mins.

This is a 200w product mind you I had previously bought a power supply at Game called Magneto 150W this last 3x more than that of the Rizzen 200w which should last way longer. Incredible connection delivered a faulty product to me. Assist immediately with a refund as this is a total *******!! A fan and charger and this thing lasts for an hour and 5mins,

My magneto 150w plugs tv, fan and charger and lasts way longer.
