Faulty product and unhelpful customer service

<p>Bought a Seagate external hard drive with a 1 year warranty on 27 August 2016. It said "fatal hardware error" and would not allow me to access my data within a couple of days of purchase. Took it back to Incredible Connection and was informed that there was nothing wrong with the disk. They did a format and later that day the product worked. Second time I tried to access my data, it had the same original problem. Incredible Connection wanted to charge us for the fault assessment and fixing of the product, despite the one year warranty. I am extremely frustrated with the money wasted on this product.</p>
