Faulty product.

Bought a 49” TV and TV bracket compatible up to 55” from Incredible connection in TygerValley. After securing it to the wall as per the instructions of the manual the TV and whole bracket came out of the wall a week later. Leading to the Tv screen to completely break.

The reason for this comes down to the fact that the plugs and *****s supp**** by the TV bracket didn’t secure into the wall (the plugs never opened).

A faulty product was supp**** by incredible connection and they claim there is nothing they can do about it.

I’m sorry but this is not acceptable. As a client you trust that the supplier will give you a product that will do the job as advertised on the product.

Now the responsibility is on me to have to contact a million different people and waste my time finding someone who can maybe help me. It should be incredible connection who makes the effort to sort the problem out but they just put their hands up in the air saying there is nothing they can do.
