Faulty lenovo laptop batch

Worst service in hostory!!!!! I would never put my foot there or refer anyone there again.

Bought a laptop which gave problems 9 months in. They said it must give problems at least 3 time. Of which they took it to apparently fix got it back n month later, which it continued to give problems. They admitted it was n lonovo batch fault but did not want to swop it. Noe the warranty expired and I am left without a working laptop, can write exams or work. PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for nothing.
