Faulty Laptop purchased

I purchased an ASUS laptop on the 21st March from the Mimosa Mall branch. Since i purchased the laptop it has been faulty, going into the Aptio Setup-AMI everytime when i try to log-on at home. I have been to the branch for the technicians to have a look twice, but funny enough, the laptop starts properly in the branch; however as soon as i get home then the trouble starts again. I don't know how this issue will be resolved.
