Faulty External harddrive

<p>I took my 1TB seagate faulty external harddrive in to Incredible Connection in Vodaworld. They told me that they need an invoice to exchange, but fnny enough the product is still under warranty when i checked on the seagate website. I found the service to be poor and unprofessional, especially for a technology company. They should be able to trace their products using the part number or serial number. Now I made to go and search for the invoice. </p>
