Faulty device and poor customer service

I purchased a brand new Samsung A70 on promotion for R6k at Vaal Mall. The phone only worked for 2 and a half weeks then it went dead. I had to be without a phone, I was told to return it to the store when I did, was told they can't do anything about it but to my knowledge it is an essential item during level 4 and honestly my both work and school work are suffering due to not having a proper phone,but they are not bothered or don't care They couldn't care less. The technical team guys were soooooooo rude. If I saw their reviews I wouldn't have never ever bought from this store. I met three other people complaining their devices stopped working yesterday and we're turned back regardless of us needing those devices. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from this store. Their devices don't last at all. I'm starting to doubt if their really are brand new from where I'm looking from,I don't believe it at all
