Faulty ALcatel 7 inch tablets

I bought a Alcatel tablets 7 inch ,at incredible connection The glen mall ,on the 26 June 2019,only to find out that the radio is not working and it doesnt read the ear phone,They sold me tablets that had faults,its not my problem ,they book it for repair it was still new ,they were supposed to replace it,I M NEVER GOING TO BUY ANY ELECTRICAL APPLIES THERE .Know my son hes struggling to do his school work because I bought it for him to use it for research,and projects.I m unhappy.Now hes struggling to finish him assignments because I get home very late ,he has to wait to use my phone ***
