Faulty adverti*****t for Ipad Pro

First of all. This is pathetic. Secondly, I don’t think IC cares at all, due to the fact that they haven’t even claimed there HelloPeter page. But here I go. IC advertised Apple iPad Pro 11-inch Cell 1TB SG for R14 999. With no indication on either the PC or mobile website that the product is out of stock. The online person that helped me “Howard”, probably generic, stopped helping as soon as he did not have an answer to my questions anymore. I have screenshots, can anyone help me with how i need to approach the situation further. Thank you
