False online advertising and dishonoring orders

Incredible connections does not honor their online orders.

I ordered and paid for a Logitech G29 steering wheel advertised on their site for R2700 a few days later the order was cancelled and refunded without my consent, because according to them the price was incorrect.

Before my Logitech G29 order was cancelled by them I ordered the logitech gear shifter as well for R800 and now I'm battling with them to cancel that order and get my money back, I can't use the gear shifter without the steering wheel.

Now they are being oblivious and ignoring my refund request emails.

The logitech g29 steering wheel is not the first item to be on sale and available for a lower price on their website, there was a monitor valued at R7000 listed for R2500 on their site.

Beware of false advertising of prices on their website.

I'm suing them after lockdown for breaking contract!
