False Information

On Tuesday March 14th I was helped by Miss Ruth Letsoalo at your East Rand Retail Park Branch. She sold me the Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite Tablet and insisted that I also take it with the Sim Card in order to connect with it. I paid Cash and took the Telkom Sim Card with a 24 Months Contract. When I got home I realised when I opened the Sim Card Tray that it has both the normal Memory Card portion but the Sim Card portion on that very same Tray is closed in such a way that one cannot insert the Sim Card that they gave me. I checked the Specifications on GSMarena.com and found that it accepts the Nano Sim Card. I then called Ruth to check on the Tab A7 Lite that was on display to compare. She however since promised to call me back yesterday, but she never called back at all. I then called back today, but I was told she's not available at all. I then asked to speak to the manager but I was put on hold forever until the phone hang up. I'm now far away in the Free State and need immediate solution or a refund as I have a feeling that your staff is running away with my money
