False Delivery Promises and Poor Customer Service

They claim accurate delivery dates on their website, but my order is now days late with no updates or communication. When I requested a delivery address change due to the delay, they refused, despite the inconvenience caused by their failure to deliver on time.

Their false promises, lack of accountability, and poor service make this a terrible experience. I won’t be ordering from them again.
