False adverti*****t

I made a purchase of Samsung A54 on 2nd of July 2023 and when i was making the purchase they still had advertised that you can claim buds free both online and in store. I claimed my buds with Samsung they told me that the promo ended on 30 June 2023. When I wrote back to the store via email. They removed the " claim free ear buds with Samsung " and sent me a screenshot claiming that I I purchased the wrong package, fortunately i had taken a screenshot and i sent it back to them then I got email from Michael Steyn saying that they won't be able to give me the ear buds even though they had false adverti*****t. I tried to write to OMBUDSMAN and they also just ignored my query. I am not happy with the service I received at all.
